We often set our expectations, only to find that life has other plans in store for us. Dealing with life's circumstances can be downright challenging at times, and we may feel like we are sinking into the proverbial quicksand.
The good news is that you don't have to go through it alone. Despite the common belief that therapy is only for those with a mental health diagnosis, this is simply untrue. Having a trusted professional to reliably hold space for you can be transformational even if you are mentally healthy and striving to maintain or enhance your emotional wellbeing.
We all deserve fulfillment in our lives. Let's work together and help strengthen your sense of peace, balance and joy within your life.
My Therapeutic Style
Come as you are, and I promise to do the same. I bring radical genuineness to each therapy session and the people I work with tend to appreciate this refreshing perspective. My eclectic approach to therapy combines elements of CBT, mindfulness and is heavily strengths-based. My experiences working in a range of different settings have undoubtedly have shape my therapeutic style.
I especially enjoy supporting Millennial and Gen-Z women coping with significant life transitions. I believe that therapy can be a powerful experience capable of challenging the client’s outlook, as well as that of the therapist.
Depending on where you're at in your life, sometimes you may require a more structured approach and at others you simply need someone to listen. I am committed to offering you the respect and care you deserve while holding space when things become difficult or painful.
