My Therapeutic Style
Come as you are, and I promise to do the same. I bring radical genuineness to each therapy session and the people I work with tend to appreciate this refreshing perspective. My eclectic approach to therapy combines elements of CBT, mindfulness and is heavily strengths-based. My experiences working in a range of different settings have undoubtedly have shape my therapeutic style.
I especially enjoy supporting Millennial and Gen-Z women coping with significant life transitions. I believe that therapy can be a powerful experience capable of challenging the client’s outlook, as well as that of the therapist.
Depending on where you're at in your life, sometimes you may require a more structured approach and at others you simply need someone to listen. I am committed to offering you the respect and care you deserve while holding space when things become difficult or painful.
