Come as you are, and I promise to do the same. I am practiced in several targeted therapies that meet the needs of women in transition including mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. I pull from many years of experience with adolescents and adults from a range of different settings.
I especially enjoy supporting Millennial and Gen-Z women coping with significant life transitions. These might include themes such as quarter life crisis, grief and loss, parenting, adulting, etc. Therapy can be a powerful experience capable of changing the client’s outlook, as well as that of the therapist.
Depending on where you're at, sometimes you may need a more structured approach and other times you simply need someone to listen. I promise to provide people with the respect and care they deserve while holding space when things become difficult or painful.
